General Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month, usually at the Veteran & Western Australian Car Clubs' Centre, 265 Hale Road, Forrestfield . On completion of Club business and a break for refreshments, activities such as guest speakers, videos and quizzes take place. The atmosphere is always friendly and informal, and a good time for members to ask technical questions and exchange experiences.
Events are usually held the Sunday following a General Meeting and range from country runs, economy runs, gymkhanas, picnics, restoration crawls, displays and visits to areas of interest. These events are regularly reviewed to ensure members' current interests. Whilst some of the events are competitive, all respect the age and condition of members' vehicles.
The Club also attends events put on by other organisations, such as British Car Day in Gingin and the Classic Car Show in Whiteman Park.
The South West Branch holds meetings on the first Saturday of every month and is the organiser of the biennual Boyanup British Auto Classic.
